The latest Franconian-Brazilian collaborative brew from Roland Kundmüller and Alexandre Bazzo is a pitch-black (in the local dialect, "zapfendusteres") Imperial Stout with a distinctive smoky malt note. Brewed to celebrate the International Week of the Bamberg district, it combines everything this top-fermented, strong beer style needs: a full body, notes of chocolate and coffee, and a warming effect that lingers.
